Following an artisanal Stilton recipe, Bath Blue stands out as each step in its creation is meticulously performed by hand.
Produced in exceptionally small quantities, we use vats that are considerably smaller than those of even the smallest Stilton producers, ensuring attention to detail and individualized care for each batch.

Spanning four generations, the Padfield family has been tending to a cherished herd of cows at Park Farm, with a history dating back to 1914 when Edward Ernest Padfield began cheese production on the property.
Resurrecting this tradition in the same buildings nearly 80 years later, Graham Padfield now crafts award-winning cheeses in a new dairy, situated mere yards from where the cows are milked, keeping the legacy alive with modern proximity.
