About Dorset Blue Vinny

For nearly four decades, the Davies family has been crafting the traditional Dorset Blue Vinny at Woodbridge Farm, a cheese that was a staple in Dorset farmhouses until it disappeared after World War II.

Originating as a byproduct of butter-making, this cheese was known for its crumbly texture and lower fat content, made from the leftover milk once the cream was removed.
