Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Rolled Oats (14%), Salted Butter (12%) (Milk, Salt), Vegetable Oils (Sustainable Palm, Rapeseed), Sugar, Charcoal Powder, Salt.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume within two weeks.

Wheat, Oats, Milk. May also contain Egg, Soya and Tree Nuts.
