White Lake CheeseA top pick among customers and a personal highlight for us, this cheese is crafted from the luscious Guernsey cow's milk from a local farm, yielding a golden color and creamy taste.
Enhanced with a Somerset Cider Brandy wash and aged around four weeks, it echoes the washed curd cheeses of France's Champagne region.
Allow it to mature a bit more, and you'll find the flavors intensify, and the texture softens into a richer creaminess.

About White Lake Cheese
Roger, a third-generation farmer, started White Lake Cheese in 2004 at Bagborough Farm near Glastonbury, evolving from his grandfather's traditional Cheddar making that began in the 1930s.
Today, White Lake produces exceptional goat, cow, and sheep cheeses using milk from Roger’s own herds and local farms, ensuring minimal food miles and strong community support.
