Our revamped Thai Yellow Curry paste is perfect for an array of dishes, from seafood and meats like chicken and pork to a variety of vegetables including kale and sweet potatoes.

Drawing on customer feedback and the vibrant street food scene of southern Thailand, we've enhanced the recipe with a richer spice blend, more lime zest, nutmeg, white pepper, and ground coriander, while toning down the sweetness for a more nuanced flavour profile.

Proudly vegan-friendly, this paste promises a full-bodied taste that elevates any ingredient it's paired with.

Water, curry paste (garlic, lemongrass (7%), salt, shallot, galangal, dried red chilli (1%), coriander seed, Makrut lime peel, spices), sugar, onion puree, rapeseed oil, lemon juice concentrate, garlic, lime zest, turmeric (0.7%), spices, Makrut lime leaf powder.

Keep in a cool dry place. Once opened, use entire sachet.
